Zinc Plated, Alloy



The Socket Source, Inc. carries a complete inventory of Zinc Plated Socket Head Cap Screws, Flat Head, Button Head and Socket Set Screws. Our zinc plating meets all RohS standards and is free of contaminants.

18-8 Stainless:

Non corrosive stainless steel Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, Flat Head, Button Head and Socket Set Screws are all available from stock in packaged and bulk quantities.

316 Stainless:

The Socket Source, Inc. carries diameters 2-56 through ¾-10 Socket Head Cap Screws, all available for stock. Type 316 Stainless Steel has significantly improved corrosion resistance and tensile strength properties beyond most other corrosion resistant materials.

Precision Ground Dowel Pins:

Our Precision Ground Dowel Pins are manufactured
from high quality Alloy and Stainless Steel. Available in standard package or bulk quantities.

Self Locking:

The Socket Source, Inc. stocks all Socket Head Cap Screws, Button Heads, Flat Heads and Socket Set Screws in Alloy Steel and 18-8 Stainless with a Self Locking Nylon Patch.

Vented Fasteners:

Vented fasteners have become an essential component in the electronics industry. We stock a complete line of vented fasteners including Hexagon Socket Products, plus Phillips and Slotted drive machine screws. Every vented fastener we stock has been chemically cleaned to assure high quality; free of all chips, particles and oils.

Drilled Head Military and National Aerospace Standards:

The Socket Source, Inc. now offers manufactured Drilled Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws to specifications having 2 or 6 holes drilled for safety lock wire applications. Domestic MS and NAS Socket Products are drilled in house for quick deliveries. All MS and NAS certifications are available by request.

Hex Keys:

Short and Long Arm Series Hex Wrenches are available in both SAE and Metric Sizes in packaged and bulk quantities. All sizes of Hex Wrenches in Short and Long Series .028” – 1.5” & 1.25 mm – 36 mm are available. Our large full line inventory usually allow for shipments from stock.
